Great list of useful plugins. Instead of the Automatic stats plugin I have been using something similar called Wassup. It was more a case of Wassup was the first plugin I came across to provide stats, rather than a choice between the two, but have been pleased with it so far. Have you tried Wassup? It looks as though they both provide similar information but as you have recommended it I will try Automatic stats plugin on one of my new sites to see how the two plugins compare. In my opinion “The Best” plugins are the ones you personally need and those that provide the functionality YOU and YOUR blog most require. For example – if you are trying to add polls to the blog and I tell you that Akismet is the best plugin – you might disagree because that is not the functionality you are looking for at the moment.

The Gamerz plugins are very useful – I use his wp-print to enable pages to be print-ready for my visitors.

I had issues with aLinks plugin on my grid hosting service. Author site was down, I could not get any help and I ended up looking for a replacement plugin, since my blog depended on aLinks a lot. I found a plugin called “Internal Link Building” and it is performing better than aLinks (in terms of CPU, and we all have limited CPU cycles). Hope this helps other readers.

Out of those I’ve only tested three, all in one SEO pack, share this and adsense deluxe. I do hear not so good review on WP Translate though. Apparently it uses a lot of resources and people on shared hosting often get kicked out because of that.

The ultimate tag warrior is the most i’ve heard so far but it looks that you need to spend some times to get used to it.

Too bad your related post was not on the list. I’ve been looking for one. Aizatto related which was the simplest are no longer available.
