Partial posts are actually a must for duplication purposes. What I mean by that is on the home page you will see only excerpts of the last 10,9,8 or however many posts you elected to show via the admin.

Once the reader clicks through via the title or the more tag, he/she will find the whole post on a separate page. If you failed to insert this tag, you could get slapped by Google for duplication issues, since you would not only show a full post on the home page, but also on the actual post page.

Anyway, Post Teaser doesn't seem too useful. I have a strong dislike for blogs that only offer partial posts - it doesn't make sense to me unless you're THAT desperate for extra pageviews. The word count is pretty ??? too - who cares? :P
