Guest blogging is definitely a win-win situation. If a “newbie” blogger posts a quality article on another person’s blog, they will definitely see an increase in traffic to their own blogs.

You also have to keep in mind that even though a site might not have a high PR, they still can have a high traffic rate and many followers on social media channels so it is good to check all those factors when deciding where to guest post.

Guest bloggers is great and considering the facts on last week when I left on vacation – are a life savers!

I’m very great full to everyone who posted on my blog because it seems our plans tend to be broken … as I left on vacation, my lpatop died on my on second day and if not for guest posts- my blog would have been empty for over a week

While what you’ve mentioned about guest blogging is true, you need to have a dedicated readership/traffic for your blog in order to be able to get other bloggers in your niche to guest blog for you. So, the concept of guest blogging is very good for blog owners who already have a considerable amount of traffic and readerbase, not for newbies who are searching for traffic/readers. Might sound a little off topic to you, coz I’m a new blogger myself and I’m yet to get a considerable amount of traffic to my blog.
