I do not agree with the article submitting. Imho the only one that gains anything is BlogCarnival. Essentially your article on your site may be viewd as duplicate content by google. Google is going to know it’s duplicate and will try to determine who is the original source. Usually the more trusted domain (higher trust & PR) is the more respectable one. Since this is probably not you you may be penalized for it. Search a bit if you don’t believe me.

This is exactly what happens with news sites. You do a breaking news and new york times picks it up. Guess who is going to be considered as duplicate. The only difference is that a link from new york times is a lot more valuable then the story its self.

Alex,

This must be an old video you made because I can’t find anywhere to submit my article. I click on a carnival and there is nowhere to submit article, even under “What You Can Do” on the left side the ‘Submit Article’ link is dead. Any ideas on how to submit an article?
