Duplicate content is really an issue here, i think that you one should think twice (or maybe more) before using this one. I would highly NOT recommend it.

This plugin restricts you to 10 posts per year / per blog to com[ply with the TOS of the ezinearticles.com. As long as you stay within guidelines — I think you will be fine

I wonder it will hurt the page rank of your site over time if you have too many articles that are duplicates? I think I might try it on one of my sites about saving energy and see if I can get a few guest posters there.
