When I comment on someone blog - I don't expect to be placed into any email list and quite frankly I DON'T GIVE that blogger permission to do it on my behalf! I think by using this plugin you might be as well violating the TOS of aweber, if you are using them. I understand we all want ot grow our subscribers list but I also believe that it should be done ONLY with permission for the people and double opt-in. I am currently using bigresponse for my main ecommerce site and know its also possible to use that with your wp blog. My appreciation for emails grow with every campaign we launch, any business or serious blogger would be leaving a lot of missed opportunities by not email marketing. Thank you for this.
