Hi Alex!

This is a very interesting time for social media. Wave is, of course, as futuristic and on the cutting edge as it can get, and I think it will take web-heads like us deeper into Soc Media even more. (For instance, I don’t use Facebook but may have to get it for use here.

However, Wave has a learning curve that is sure to scare away newbies. It just doesn’t appear to be simple to learn, like so many other of Google’s apps are.

I think it’s really great that Blastoff is coming out just before Wave, so the more timid users can get used to multiple social media all on one page too.

I have no doubt that we’ll all be using Blastoff by Christmas, since it’s so simple and intuitive…

Do you think that there will be a segment of the population that is torn between Blastoff and Wave? Or will they happily overlap?
