I have been on the net sicse the middle 80′s and recently decided to try to see if i could make a little exxtra money .after a year or so and a thousand or so bucks

I’m not sure I understand your question. Are you trying to force people to subscribe first before being able to reach your blog? I personally would never go that route, unless you are someone whose words people are simply dying to hear …

Aweber gives you a simple code you can add to your sidebar as Text Widget to allow people to subscribe to your blog.

Alex,
How can I add an opt in page before reaching my blog?
I was considering user aweber. However, where would I place the config files within my configuration files. I tried it once before but everywhere I went to place the files, they would rearrainge my blog appearance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
