Yep, it’s that time again when everyone will be gathered around the table and needlessly stuff themselves with a meat of poor bird … I’ll be there as well, so don’t take it personally . Since everyone will be posting their personal congratulations on the subject I wanted to do something different.

I have just finished reading an article on regulations for tonight’s festivities in my local area and was very surprised to find out that in my city (Virginia Beach) it is a Class 4 Misdemeanor to trick-or treat if you are older then 12! Not that I was prepping to pull out my costume and make a dash for free candies but isn’t it a bit excessive?
