I can give you a one step guide to success on Twitter: BE HUMAN! I read so many tactics and strategies for Twitter, but really isn’t participating genuinely in a part of a community all that matters? Sitting behind a computer shouldn’t change an approach to learn, contribute, market, what-have-you.

I just started using twitter daily, once you use it a lot its amazing how many followers you get, these tips will definitly help.
Ever seen those guys with 5000 followers, following 5000 but only 3 updates. Something tells me you need to be extremely selective about who you follow plus as said above make sure you’re posting something worth reading. Personally I don’t care that you’ve just put Tiddles the cat out for his evening constitutional!!!
