As I was reading some of what not to do, I Unfortunately remember back when I first started out wanting to make money online. I did several of the no-nos you listed above. I wanted to start making money fast as soon as possible so I didn’t take the time to study the training that was provided for me. And I wondered why I never made much money. Thanks goodness I grew up. This is good information for the newbie, and to remind me on what not to do. Thanks.

As for products – you’re completely right. People really do expect to make money right away when purchasing a product.

I appreciate the understanding and its not a really problem except when people decide to become argumentative and we have to spend more time then necessary explaining when we could be helping.

The person in your #1 scenario has no appreciation relative to the use of an information/assistance providing service. I supervised one for years before the internet was up and running. Nothing has changed.

People don’t realize that, by filling up the system with unnecessary requests they are also contributing to the failure of the one thing they really need – quick response turnaround time.

There are only so many hours in the day. The number of responses are limited by that, and many other factors. The result is that, not only does the client end up shooting himself in his own foot, but also seriously impacts on the ability of the staff to provide service to those who really need it.

Then there are to ones that submit the same request five times before the first one has had time to work its way to the top of the que.

All self defeating. All entirely unnecessary and, unfortunately, all unlikely to change.

Keep up your good work. Many of us realize the problems this generates for your operation.

I have to say that not every product I have seen is legit. Honestly some are just regurgitated crap that “creator” learned elsewhere.

But obviously those are not even considered in this post

I couldn’t agree with you more. I think many people will buy a product and expect to make money overnight. Unfortunately, there are some products out there that have a sales page that will lead you to believe that. However, in most cases, the products are legitimate but they do require you to do some work and follow instructions. When the purchaser realizes some work is involved, they immediately give up and think the product is junk or they were scammed. Of course, that type of action makes it bad for all of us.

If nothing else, anyone who is interested a product should do a little online research or write to the merchant and ask questions. I think that would save everyone some grief.
