		<description>I had a short lived job as tech support several years ago. My experience tells me that all the jokes are true to life!

At one time, maybe before your time in computers, all modems were external and had their own power input. I worked with a woman for over an hour before I tried to make a joke about maybe it would work if we turned it on.

You guessed it! the woman said, "Turn it on?"</description>
