Our tax dollars already went for these geniuses to meet and make the stupid decisions and now do we also have to support extra effort required by police to enforce it? What a stupid rule. Kids should be able to trick or treat if they want. I have a 6, 12, and 14 year old. The 6 year old is going, of course, the 12 year is too cool, and the 14 year old wants to go, but I told him he may be too old. But if a teen came to my door to trick or treat, I would give them candy. But after 8:30...I turn my lights out, and don't answer the door anymore.
