Blog installed using our package is exactly same as if you do it by hand, we simplify the installation and configuration process – that is all. If you have issues with blog it is not something that we have created. I recommend you follow normal research options, host support, etc.

If you are one of our current customers – submit support request and we will help you address problem.

Hi Alex,

I have install your EWP for my blog (http://iSeeiEatiShootiPost.com) with the old zip was ExpertWP.

But the new zip is named as FreeExpertWordPressInstallerPackage, I am getting errors, while I tried to add New Theme in my existing blog.

Please advice.

Blog package provided for Gina is supported by her stuff. We simply designed it to her specifications, not ours and as such – we don;t support it. Our forum is for members only – you can create free account on EWP and same login will be used for forum. We don’t allow external registrations.

There is a free version and an upgrade options. Upgrades are not the price of the installer but video training, support and a few more things. Just check the offer

There are limitations to free but yes, it will always remain free for the basic package. If you are willing to learn on your own – it is available!

Actually no – our support is strictly for clients. We provide the package in accordance with GPL but our support is something that requires our time, our knowledge and our effort, which is not free. Considering that cost of the Upgrade is lower then any competition or dedicated support you purchase elsewhere – You still get a bargain!

Expert WordPress is simply a “packaged” WordPress that includes many useful plugins, custom theme and allows you to install it fully configured, istead of one by one. Time saver if you will.

We don’t trick anyone into paying – you either upgrade to get our video tutorials and support – or remain free. Choice is yours.
