Comments SPAM as a Measure Of Your Post Popularity

In last few days I have noticed increased number of [tag-tec]comments SPAM[/tag-tec] coming across my site. Right at this moment I was glad I’m using Spam Karma 2 plugin, which kills it 100% and with no effort on my part. Superb plugin for [tag-tec]WordPress[/tag-tec] and I cannot recommend it enough if you are using this blog platform.

But still seeing all the SPAM comments coming in I decided to do a little investigation and discovered that out of 73 spam comments – 65 came on one and very same Article I wrote – “Write Blog Headlines To Explode Article Views And Create Stampede Of Targeted Traffic”. I have to add that I use Google Webmaster tools for sitemap submission and queries tracking alongside with Analytics, so that is what I used for my investigation.
