Some Housekeeping And Blog Theme Update

Since the release of my Web 2.0 Wealth System, which uses very same customized theme implemented on this blog I noticed that many people love the color combination as much as I do :)

Even though I have provided a complete video tutorial on how to change the colors for the blog and even provided a few already made color combinations, many decided to stick with default, so I just decided to change a few things around on this blog …

I have lightened up the background and changed header color as well as couple other things that I meant to implement for a while but never got around to it …

I read many blogs on daily bases via RSS feed in my Google reader and some articles or combinations of them become the base for my next blog post while others help me identify an issue I can build my tutorial on.

Uniqueness of Content is the most crucial part of you blog and while all great blogs have it present I have just finished reading a great post that can be used as direct example how to turn a story from your life into content directly related to your niche.

Do you vlog? Then Ditch The YouTube!

Youtube is popular and fun and if you vlog - can be a great source of traffic assuming you are creating your own videos. But using it exclusively you are actually doing yourself a great disservice!

Ditch that dump and use something better on your vlog! And no, I don’t mean not to use it at all but simply using it in combination with a more superior service, which creates a lot higher quality videos and Pays You!

WordPress 2.2.2 Incremental Upgrade Video Tutorial

As I’m getting ready to release my Web 2.0 Wealth product, team sprang on me a new upgrade to the blog system. While I have already updated final package with new version – there is no need to replace everything you your blog.

This is a minor release and can be done on live blog incrementally! Make sure you backup your files and database first from your cPanel and then proceed with upgrade of WordPress to 2.2.2 version using presented in this post.

Seems like blog redesign is a “hip thing” these days … Problogger.net and JohnChow.com change their look drastically and Yaro Starak talk about future changes to his blog in last video post.
